ABOUT US
About Us
We work to address complex community challenges through relationship-based strategy, management, and public policy consulting. Complex challenges require strategic and innovative solutions that consider public, private, and community needs and assets. We identify sustainable solutions that allow organizations to adapt, change, and improve.
Our Commitment to Inclusion & Diversity
We engage leaders with diverse worldviews and experiences to respond to client needs. We believe engaging diverse individuals and leaders to solve complex challenges from multiple perspectives is key to identifying sustainable solutions.
We believe it is imperative to create inclusive systems to address complex challenges and identify strategies to support the necessary changes. LaCroix-Dalluhn Consulting Group uses human centered design strategies to focus clients and communities on a shared understanding of the problem and possible solutions. Differing worldviews is essential to fully understand the issues.
