ABOUT US
Let’s work on your initiative together.
As a community leader, you can see first-hand that the status quo is not working for most people. It’s time to pursue equitable strategies that engage all members of our community, not just those of privilege and power.
But the challenges you’re looking to address are likely complex and nuanced. If you don’t have the capacity to tackle it yourself, you’re in the right place.
About LaCroix-Dalluhn Consulting Group
We work to address complex community challenges through relationship-based strategy, management, and public policy consulting. Complex challenges require strategic and innovative solutions that consider public, private, and community needs and assets. We identify sustainable solutions that allow organizations to adapt, change, and improve.
Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
We engage leaders with diverse worldviews and experiences to respond to client needs, even when they don’t know they need it. We believe engaging diverse individuals and leaders to solve complex challenges from multiple perspectives is key to identifying sustainable solutions.
We believe it is imperative to create equitable systems to address complex challenges and identify strategies to support the necessary changes. LaCroix-Dalluhn Consulting Group uses human centered design strategies to focus clients and communities on a shared understanding of the problem and possible solutions. Differing worldviews is essential to fully understand the issues.
